The Institute of Culinary Arts at RMU provides a creative environment that simulates the culinary world. At RMU you will work in industry-equipped kitchens, using fine ingredients and commercial-grade tools. Many schools today offer a quick six month certificate or diploma program in culinary arts. RMU's accredited Culinary program provides students with the cooking, management and critical thinking skills to become chefs, managers and leaders in the industry. RMU Culinary is conveniently offered at three locations: our downtown Chicago location, our DuPage location in Aurora, and our Orland Park location.
