The Eagle is Robert Morris University's student-run news source. Print issues come out Week 1 of each quarter and digital issues come out Week 6. Regular news updates are posted daily to Facebook and Twitter.

EDITOR (Chicago campus students only): Editors produce written materials for the Eagle, both online and in print. Editors hold weekly office hours and attend weekly staff meetings. This is a part-time paid position with scholarship opportunities.
DESIGNER (Chicago campus students only): Designers produce the layout and design of the Eagle's print edition. Designers hold weekly office hours and attend weekly staff meetings. This is a part-time paid position with scholarship opportunities.
ADVERTISING MANAGER (Chicago campus students only): The Advertising Manager secures sells ad space to clients outside of RMU. This is a part-time paid position that is paid based on sales commission. Scholarship opportunities are also available.
CONTRIBUTOR (All campuses) Contributors produce written or visual materials for the Eagle. This is an unpaid position with no expectations to hold office hours or attend meetings. Scholarship opportunities are available. Students who apply for the Eagle when all positions are filled will be invited to be Contributors. Contributors will have the best chance of earning a paid position when available.
EDITOR-IN-CHIEF & CREATIVE DIRECTOR These are the highest ranking positions on the Eagle. The E-i-C oversees the entire production of the Eagle and the Art Director oversees the production of the Eagle's print edition design. Both positions are filled via promotion from the Staff Writer and Designer positions.
