Lady Eagles ink Nazareth setter Hilary Kluczynski for 2008!

Chicago, IL - The Robert Morris volleyball has made its first signing of the off season, adding setter/outside hitter Hilary Kluczynski of Riverside, IL, to its roster for the 2008 season.

The daughter of John and Julie Kluczynski, Hilary was a three-time member of the Suburban Life All-Area team while playing her prep volleyball for Coach Wayne Saunders at Nazareth Academy in La grange Park, IL.  She was the Roadrunners' most valuable player as a junior and senior.

While earning East Suburban catholic Conference All-Star honors her senior season, Hilary led Nazareth to an Illinois High School Association 3A Regional Championship.

"She excels at both setter and hitter for us," said Coach Saunders.  "She's a good leader and really understands the game.  She knows what she's doing out there."

The newest Lady Eagle plays her club volleyball for Powerhouse after several seasons with the SkyHigh VB club.

A member of the National honor Society at Nazareth Academy, Hilary will pursue a course of study at the RMC Culinary Institute on the College's Chicago Loop campus.

"Hilary is a very dedicated student-athlete who will bring great things to the table for the 2008-2009 Lady Eagles Volleyball program," said Robert Morris Athletic Director Megan Smith Eggert.  "Her desire to be successful on both the volleyball court and in the culinary kitchens makes RMC a great fit for this student-athlete!"

Robert Morris is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and competes in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference. The Eagles field teams in twenty-one men's and women's sports.
