To further enhance the learning experience at RMU Culinary, we carry an extensive list of culinary titles in the Robert Morris University library. In addition, lecture halls, study rooms, technology centers, refreshment areas, a bookstore, an academic advising and resource center, an admissions office, a career service office, a financial aid office, and a fitness center are also available to all RMU Culinary students.
Eyrie is RMU's student-run restaurant. Eyrie provides the ultimate experiential classroom for our students - the future chefs and professionals in the hospitality industry. Since its infancy, students have been the architects of Eyrie. Eyrie is a supportive learning environment for aspiring chefs, providing seasonal dining for the community while embracing sustainable practices.
