The Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris University is once again proud to present this year's Fine Dining Series open to the public. Please join us for one or several of our outstanding dinners featuring the culinary expertise of our renowned chefs and our students.

RM Culinary Student Fundraiser

Thursday, July 9, 2009 - 6:30pm . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Chicago Location

The Culinary explorations dinner is a 5-course fundraiser, $40 per person, that will help enable the Bachelor students to participate in a 3-day tour of farms, markets and restaurants in the state of Wisconsin. The focus of the tour is on sustainable and local foods, with the emphasis on how to get the most out of each ingredient.

Five-course gluten free dinner, $50 per person, proceeds to benefit The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center.
