Automated Payment Plan

PURPOSE OF THE FORM
The following form will allow you to have payments deducted automatically from a bank account or credit card of your choice.  This will ensure that your account stays current and in good standing.  The monthly payments should correspond with your current financial plan. 

TOTAL AMOUNT DUE
Enrollment in this plan will result in an automatic deduction of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE each month, which will include the following components:

  • MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENT
  • BOOKSTORE CHARGES 
  • OTHER MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES
  • CHANGES TO THE FINANCIAL PLAN

TIMING ISSUES
Enrollment forms submitted by the 25th of the month will be processed the first of the following month (or as indicated on the form) and the first day of every subsequent month.  If you wish to discontinue your enrollment in the automated payment plan, you must submit a discontinue notification form by the 25th of the month.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive an e-mail confirming your payment details each month.  If there are any problems with your bank account or credit card, you will also receive an e-mail explaining any discrepancies.
