• Enrollment in the designated program
  • Undergrad: completion of 5 quarters (or equivalent transfer credits) prior to departure. Graduate: completion of 2 quarters prior to departure.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Reference from student's academic advisor
  • Completed FAFSA, SIGNED financial aid plan and a $0 financial-aid balance at time of acceptance
  • $300 deposit required at the time of application*

Study Abroad Cost:

Undergraduate: RMU quarterly tuition + Study Abroad fee of $5,200

Graduate: RMU graduate per-course tuition + Study Abroad fee $5,200

Study Abroad Fees include: Round-trip airfare from Chicago, Airport transfers at Destination, Housing, Travel in Cultural Perspectives course (undergrad) or Field Research (graduate).

Federal and state financial assistance is available for those who qualify; however, Robert Morris University institutional grants and scholarships do not apply.


Academic Adventures Abroad Cost:

Florence: RMU part-time quarterly tuition + Study Abroad fee of $5,200

Hamburg: RMU full-time quarterly tuition + Study Abroad fee of $5,200

Taipei: RMU part-time quarterly tuition + Study Abroad fee of $4,200

Robert Morris University institutional grants and scholarships may apply.



*$300 Deposit is credited to the applicant's account if NOT accepted into the program. If accepted, the deposit will be credited to the student's account upon return if there are no damages, flight changes, or expenses incurred due to negligence caused by the student while abroad.

All programs are subject to cancellation in the case of low enrollment.
