Why did you choose RMC?
“I chose RMC because when I was looking at colleges I realized that I wanted a school that was going to be there for me. My Admissions Counselor helped me out with everything and whenever I called the school for something somebody was always there to help me on the spot. Robert Morris College really showed me that they wanted me to be a part of their family and when I went to visit the college during preview weekend I felt at home.”

What were the most important factors you considered while choosing a college?
“The most important factor to me was the feeling of being needed. I knew I was going to be in a place where I knew nothing and no one and I needed a place that would help guide me along the way. Robert Morris College definitely was and continues to be there for me.”

What do you think is different about RMC?
“Robert Morris College is a family; they know when we are stressed from mid-terms and provide a special day for massages, during Thanksgiving they had a full meal for all the students, and my academic advisor has popcorn in her office when her students come to see her. It’s the little things that let us know that they care about us feeling like a part of their family. This is especially important for those of us who are from out-of-state.”

What would you like to tell others who are considering RMC as one of their college choices?
“You need a support system and RMC has a wonderful student support systems department. They help you to not only feel a part of the school but also a part of a larger support system.”
