As a graduate of RMU, opportunities and support continue for a lifetime. All Robert Morris University Illinois alumni automatically become members of the RMU Alumni Association. There is no fee required to participate. The Alumni ID card functions as tangible proof of your alumni status and is needed to access and utilize all RMU campus facilities.

The Student Information Department maintains the integrity of each student’s academic record in order to assist you throughout your academic career. Whether students need an academic transcript, verification of enrollment, loan deferment paperwork or Veteran’s Benefits, the Student Information Department is here to help!

Transcripts
Transcript requests can be completed in person, online or by mail. Transcripts may be picked up in person by showing a current picture ID, or mailed to an address provided by the student. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date if a transcript is sent via U.S. Mail.

Campus Facility Privileges

Alumni are granted access with an RMU alumni/student ID to any of the campus libraries. Alumni may check out books, and have access to various research and news databases while they are on an RMU campus. Access to the databases from home or work is not available to alumni.
