The chefs from the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris University will show you a variety of recipes showcasing their honed expertise. Join us each week for a new DISH with an an easy-to-prepare recipe using professional techniques and industry tricks. DISH recipes will feature signature recipes from RMU’s famed Pop-up Restaurant Series as well as other original recipes directly from our chefs.
