These masters of the craft teach classic foundational techniques and innovations essential to any style of cuisine. Through a methodology of demonstration followed by hands-on application, students can develop new skills and the confidence to continue their journey to a world of culinary possibilities. Additionally, through partnership with The French Pastry School, students have the opportunity to study with legendary pastry chefs on a certificate program in pastry, cakes, and breads.

RMU offers a culinary art degree with both an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Advanced Culinary Arts.
