Commencement Ceremony and Fees
The University offers one commencement ceremony per year: traditionally in the spring. Commencement is a formal academic ceremony and academic attire is worn. There is a $50 fee to attend the commencement ceremony. Graduation fees for the ceremony can be paid at the campus you attend or online through the link below.
The $50 Graduation fee includes 4 tickets for the ceremony.

Attendance at the graduation exercise is optional; however, graduates that have satisfied degree requirements are entitled and encouraged to participate. When students satisfy their course and grade point average requirements, they will receive detailed instructions concerning the commencement exercise from the Student Information Office or from their Director on campus.
Students who are in their final quarter from meeting degree audit requirements for graduation may pay their graduation fee and attend the graduation ceremony. Students who may be eligible for awards will be able to receive them, and their names will be printed in the graduation program as long as payment is received before the set deadline date.
Graduate caps and gowns may be recycled by mailing the regalia to:

Students close to graduating, should verify and/or update their address prior to the last day of class in order to have the degree sent to the correct address. Degrees will not be ordered if a student has an outstanding balance at the time of graduation. There are two ways a student can do verify and/or update their address; either in person or online.
