Insurance companies, prospective or current employers, loan lenders or others may require enrollment verification from Robert Morris University. There are several kinds of letters that the Student Information office generates upon request. These include full time student verification, verification of diplomas/degrees earned, enrollment history and enrollment status.

How to request a letter

Letters issued only upon written request requires an original signature from the student which authorizes the release of the information. This authorization may be submitted in person by visiting the Student Information Department or Director of Education at your location, or by mail to:

Students may request a verification letter by completing the form below.  Students will be required to submit their requests using their Robert Morris assigned email address to verify their identity.  Requests from a non-RMU assigned email account will not be processed.
