Robert Morris University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide verification of enrollment and/or degree status. Information regarding student enrollment is being submitted to the Clearinghouse electronically at least twice every quarter.

  • The first verification for the quarter takes place 2 weeks after the quarter starts. Then, it takes the Clearinghouse about 5 – 7 business days to distribute the enrollment information to lenders and other institutions.

  • Graduation data is updated about 2 weeks after each graduation date.

If you believe that enrollment verification from the National Student Clearinghouse does not contain sufficient information for the entity requesting proof of enrollment, you must email the Student Information Department at studentrecords@robertmorris.edu.
Please be sure to include:

  • A statement as to why the enrollment verification from the National Student Clearinghouse is not sufficient for the entity requiring proof of enrollment

  • Your name

  • Student ID # or Last 4 of SSN

  • Date of birth

  • Mailing or email address
